Your role in company
A no-code developer is the central figure in every project – it’s you who transforms the client’s vision and your own insights into tangible solutions. The way audiences perceive a company – its website, service, or product – depends on your work. This role carries immense importance, as it combines creativity, responsibility, and real impact on business success and problem-solving.
Your responsibilities
- Designing websites, online stores, web and mobile applications, and other digital products
- Creating graphic designs aligned with brand identity and user needs
- Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes
- No-code development of websites, online stores, and simple web applications
- Collaborating with developers, programmers, and project managers
- Independently planning work across multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Following UX/UI trends and implementing them into created solutions
- Maintaining and continuously improving ongoing projects
- Occasionally communicating with clients to clarify requirements or gather feedback
- Actively contributing to how and what we work on – I want to know your thoughts on your experience and how I can improve things for you
Wanted competences
- Any experience in client collaboration, design, or no-code development
- Ability to design responsive interfaces and layouts
- Familiarity with the following tools and applications:
- Figma
- Webflow
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Elementor
- WordPress
- Understanding of technological limitations
- Ability to structure the project development process and define timeframes
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and openness in team collaboration
Independence and good work organization - Understanding of UX/UI principles, Nielsen heuristics, and best practices
Own laptop or computer
Nice to have
- Portfolio showcasing previous work or personal projects
- Any knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, or PHP
- Ability to work on hosting environments (file manager, SSL certificates, app installation)
- Familiarity with task management apps, especially TODOIST
