Introduction
Psycholog na Klik approached us with a clear vision: to create a modern, intuitive and trust-building online platform that would act as the MVP of their digital mental-health business. The goal was to give users a simple way to find the right psychologist or therapist based on their specific difficulties, symptoms or mental-health needs. Our team took full responsibility for the UX/UI design, branding decisions and complete end-to-end development of the platform.
The platform needed to be clean, fast and easy to navigate, yet memorable and visually modern – something that stands out in the healthcare sector while remaining fully accessible and user-friendly. A key functional requirement was also the ability for therapists to register and create profiles within the system.
Development
Developing the Psycholog na Klik platform required balancing a smooth user experience with a scalable technical foundation. One of the key challenges was integrating the external booking system from Bookero in a way that looks native to the site and keeps the entire reservation flow seamless. At the same time, we designed a clean, structured interface for therapist profiles — a critical element of the platform, as users must be able to compare specialists quickly and confidently.
We also created a logical system for assigning therapists to specific mental-health categories, ensuring that users can filter and find help effortlessly. Our goal throughout the development process was to deliver a product that feels modern and professional, yet remains simple enough for any user to navigate without confusion. By combining strong user-centered design with efficient development, we created a platform that supports the client’s business goals from day one and gives them a solid base for future expansion.
